Blue Cheese Stuffed Mushrooms

Mushrooms soaked in Italian dressing, stuffed with blue cheese, and grilled to perfection.

  • 2 Portabella Mushrooms, stems removed
  • 1½ cup Italian dressing
  • 1 cup of Blue Cheese


Set the EGG for direct cooking at 400°F/204°C.

Marinate the mushrooms in the Italian dressing for 30 minutes.

Remove the mushrooms from the marinade and grill, gill side down, for 3 minutes. Turn the mushrooms over; drop the blue cheese in the caps of the mushrooms and grill for another 3 minutes.

For an appetizer, cut into wedges and serve with toothpicks.
